What is the cancellation/refund policy? 

We do not offer refunds, only reschedules. Cancellations must be made via email at least 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled workshop. If a guest needs to cancel within 24 hours (1 day) of their booked class, is more than 15 minutes late or does not make it to their class, a refund will not be issued. Guests are allowed to reschedule their reservations one time up to 3 months of your scheduled workshop if needed.

Private Events: No refunds, only reschedules up to 1 year of the event date. Tickets are transferrable and other attending guests can make absent guests candle(s) if prior notification is given. If event doesn't start at least 15 minutes after the event start time, event will be canceled with no opportunity to reschedule. Finger foods /small bites/ hors d’oeuvres allowed.

Open Pour Session, W2OW: No refunds, only reschedules for up to 3 months of the event date. Tickets are transferrable and other attending guests can make absent guests candle(s) if prior notification is given.

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with our own proprietary blend of coconut + soy wax and premium, high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our oils are cruelty free.

Do I need a reservation?

We strongly encourage reservations to secure a spot for groups of all sizes, we do require reservations for groups of 8 or more. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Please note, there may be a wait depending on the store traffic.

How much does it cost to pour a candle & what is included?

The candle pouring experience starts as low as $40. The price includes all the materials needed for the class, the vessel and fragrance of your choice, assistance from our "Scent Specialist" on how to make your candle, and your finished candle to take home! 

How many candles can you make?

Your $40 session fee includes all supplies needed to make 1 - 15 oz candle. If you wish to make another candle during your session, you can purchase it separately for $30.

How long does it take to pour a candle?

The entire in store experience will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes; however, you can move through the process as quickly as you'd like.

If you want to pour a candle and pick it up that same day, please plan to visit the store no more than four (4) hours before closing to ensure your candle has time to set.

What do I need to bring to a class?

At check-in we will ask you for a form of ID that matches your reservation name. In this case a valid form of ID would be a driver's license, credit card, student ID, or passport. We will also accept photographs as proof of ID. 

Can I bring food and drinks to my class?

Unfortunately, due to limited space on tables and not enough time in class, we do not allow food during the experience. However, feel free to bring your favorite beverages to enjoy. The only exception would be if you book a private event, food can be brought in and eaten while the candles are drying.

What can I do while I wait for my candle to cool?

Our candle bar is located in a prime location of Monroe and surrounded by a nice selection of dining opportunities. We recommend that you visit some of our close neighbors to grab a bite to eat/drink.

Candles must me picked up during our normal retail business hours within 7 days of your scheduled event. Can't make it back? We got you! We can ship your candle creation to your home for a $10 flat fee. 

Do you offer pre-made candles?

Yes, all candles listed on our website and in our Candle Bar are available for purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are a cashless facility and we accept all major forms of credit cards

Is this experience good for kids?

We pour hot wax at temperatures of 180 degrees. For everyone’s safety, we recommend ages 10 and up with adult supervision for our workshops. All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.
